Some wines are made. Elite is chosen.

Each year, we walk our vineyards and select only the finest grapes of the season. Those grapes are vinified separately, then aged exclusively in new oak barrels — never blended down, never compromised. It is precisely because of this process that Elite is produced in very limited quantities, and why it is one of the most age-worthy wines we make.

Tasting notes: blackberries, black fruits, strawberry jam, vanilla, and cacao, with the depth and backbone from the oak to evolve beautifully in the cellar for years to come.

Aging: 15 months in new French and American oak barrels + 2 years of bottle aging.
