Riesling

Lebanon's first Riesling, planted in 2004 at 1,500m in Kfour El Arabi. Fresh, aromatic, and one-of-a-kind, with vibrant natural acidity, bright fruit, floral notes, and a long crisp finish. Refreshing when young, with the structure to age gracefully over time. Aged Sur lees for 6 months, Traditional Bourgonois style, to add density and complexity to the structure of the wine.

Tasting Notes: white flowers and yellow fruits, like pear and peach with herbaceous notes and white pepper. 

Choose this if you like: Dry Rieslings, zesty whites, citrus freshness, and wines with personality.
Food Pairing: Seafood carpaccio, grilled octopus, spicy Asian dishes, sushi, goat cheese, or citrus-based salads.
