Chardonnay

A high-altitude Chardonnay from Kfour El Arabi at 1,450m. Pure, crisp, and beautifully balanced, with vivid acidity and minerality. It is not buttery or oaky, but still dense and rich, letting the fruit come through clearly. Aged Sur lees for 6 months, Traditional Bourgonois style, to add density and complexity to the structure of the wine.

Tasting Notes: dried peach, apricot, butter, toasted bread, and magnolia. 

Choose this if you like: full-bodied whites, seafood, and elegant wines with freshness.
Food Pairing: Oysters, grilled fish, lobster roll, grilled chicken, or creamy pastas.
