Katy's Brandy

Katy's Brandy is a love letter to patience. Assaad, our winemaker, named the bottle after his wife Katy, because having a wife requires a great deal of patience. And so does making a great brandy.

Triple distilled in-house from pure Riesling grape spirit grown at 1500 meters above sea level facing the Mediterranean ocean. It is then placed into medium+ toast American oak barrels where it rests for ten years, without topping, allowing it to concentrate over the years. A decade of slow transformation,  the spirit drawing color, tannin, and character from the wood, softening and deepening into something extraordinary.

The result is an XO brandy of remarkable elegance: rich amber in the glass, with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, leading into a smooth, long, and warming finish that stays with you. Housed in a stunning hand-cut 100% crystal fan-shaped decanter made in Italy.

100% natural. Handcrafted from vine to barrel to bottle at Batroun Mountains.

Serve neat or over a single large ice sphere. Take your time with it. Cheers!
